Supply Audio/Visual equipment for four rooms
Supply furniture as the venue did not have any
Have a “share board” built for guests to attach notes regarding the business, ideas and the event

In each room we supplied an AV package
The main room consisted of a PA for 130 guests with headset mics to help with the acoustics of the echoed room and hand held mics
We projected the same image through two projectors onto the in house back drop. This was mainly PowerPoint, Keynote and VT’s
Lighting to light the stage area and LED lighting around the room and set
A selection of funky lighting was purchased and cables pre built ready for the rig day and hung from the ceiling
LED festoon type lighting was hung in the other room
